The plot spins around the aspirations of Adam, a well-to-do impresario who wants to step into the realm of opera, so he decides to put on his own show with the help of some sexy young singers, a situation that will unleash an array of hilarious and in-depth stories.

Starred by Richard E. Grant (Adam), Sarah Brightman (Celia) and Mia Maestro (Nicola) –a diverse cast of successful actors and actresses- Cosi will no doubt be a blockbuster following its grand premiere Thursday before an audience made up of attendees to the 12th Habano Festival.

SARAH BRIGHTMAN – UNITED KINGDOM.

Sarah Brightman (born 14 August 1960) is an English crossover soprano, actress, songwriter and dancer. She sings in many languages including English, Spanish, French, Latin, German, Italian, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin and Japanese.

She was a musical theatre performer and partner of theatre composer Andrew Lloyd Webber, with whom she originated roles including Christine in The Phantom of the Opera starting 1986.

Brightman has 160 Gold and Platinum awards in 34 countries and is the only artist to hold #1 spots on the Billboard Classical and Dance charts simultaneously.

Her other achievements feature her ranking by the Recording Industry Association of America as the best-selling female classical artist of the twenty-first century, and a Guinness World Record for “Time to Say Goodbye”, her duet with Andrea Bocelli, the best-selling single in German recording history.

She has established herself as the world's biggest selling soprano of all time, with worldwide sales of more than 26 million albums and over 2 million DVDs.

STEPHEN EVANS -  UNITED KINGDOM

Stephen is a highly respected UK film producer of 14 feature films, which have received 11 Academy Award nominations including 2 wins.

In 1989, he teamed up with Kenneth Branagh and founded Renaissance Films. The pair made the acclaimed movies Henry V, Peter’s Friends and Much Ado About Nothing.

From 1994, Stephen took sole charge of Renaissance and cemented his position at the forefront of UK film production with a string of critically and financially successful hits, including The Madness of King George, Wings of the Dove and The Luzhin Defence.

Most recently, Stephen has executive produced Confessions of a Dangerous Mind (directed by George Clooney starring Julia Roberts and Drew Barrymore)

MIA MAESTRO – ARGENTINA

Mía Maestro (born June 19, 1978) is an Argentine actress. She is best known for her role as Nadia Santos in the television drama Alias. Mía Maestro was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1978.

At the age of 18 she moved to Berlin to be trained as a classical music vocalist.[3] There she also learned the Brechtian acting technique as well as dance.[1] At age 20 Maestro returned to Buenos Aires. Maestro is of Spanish (Catalan), Italian, French and Arab descent.[citation needed]

Maestro made her screen debut in Carlos Saura's Academy Award nominated film, Tango.Maestro originally met with TV producer J. J. Abrams in relation to the show Lost.

She ended up getting the part of Nadia Santos in Season 4 on his other television show, the drama Alias. She then had a recurring role in the program's 5th season. In December 2005, she starred in Prince's music video for "Te Amo Corazón" which was directed by her friend Salma Hayek.[4]

In 2001, she was ranked in Stuff's 100 Sexiest Women. Also in 2001, she ranked in Maxim's 100 Sexiest Women as well as on Maxim's hot 100 2007 list.

Maestro is joining the cast of Burn Notice and has also recently been seen on the set of NBC's new show Crusoe.

His credits include: Secret Smile (2005) starring Kate Ashfield and David Tennant; Wall of Silence (2004) starring James Nesbitt; The Forsyte Saga (2002) starring Damien Lewis and Gina McKee; The Passion of Ayn Rand (1999) starring Julie Delpy and Eric Stoltz; Feast of July (1995) starring Embeth Davidtz and Ben Chaplin; Fatherland (1994) starring Miranda Richardson; and the original series of Prime Suspect starring Helen Mirren (1991).
