The celebration for the first anniversary of the Casa del Habano at the Habana Libre Hotel was the perfect setting to praise many Festival attendees as they flocked into a party in which a humidor containing 60 Cohiba Behike cigars was auctioned off.

During the festivity, other pieces were also sold under the gavel, including a classic car-shaped humidor –a recreation of a 1938 Austin- with 25 Churchill Romeo y Julieta.

Another humidor, this one in the form of a coffer exclusively made by the Grupo Cedral for the 13th Habano Festival and containing 50 Cohiba cigars especially hand-rolled for the occasion, also took biddings from the public.

The celebration panned out to be a meeting among friends amid good habanos and their combinations with aged Havana Club rum.
