The French city famous for being one of the meccas of cinema, let alone its celebrated cultural and business tradition, will once again this year welcome one of the world’s most distinguished visitors: Habanos S.A. and its vast portfolio of brands and vitolas highly acclaimed by smokers and lovers of the finest cigars on the face of the earth.

Habanos S.A. will be attending one of the most important world fairs devoted to Duty Free and Travel Retail, the TFWA World Exhibition 2013, and its stand is expected to be among the most visited ones inside the fairgrounds.

Duty Free and Travel Retail operators from around the world will get a firsthand look at the new products presented by Habanos S.A. at the Festival Palace in Cannes.

The TFWA World Exhibition 2013 in Cannes is no doubt a great opportunity to share experiences and feelings on this prestigious realm of luxury items for the Duty Free and Travel Retail segments.

The exhibit is considered one of the major fairs for the Duty Free and Travel Retail niches in the world, therefore Cannes has traditionally been a scenario for Habanos S.A.’s products, many of which have grabbed countless prizes and recognitions for the design and quality of its items.

This year Habanos S.A. will unveil such new additions as the Montecristo Double Edmundo, a new vitola within the Edmundo Line, and the Montecristo Petit No.2, a figurado that enhances the brand’s historic classic line.

The company will also show off its Ediciones Limitadas 2013: Romeo de Luxe, Hoyo de Monterrey Grand Epicure and Punch Serie D’Oro No.2.

In previous years, Cannes has been home to the launch of emblematic vitolas, like Cohiba Pirámides Extra, the first figurado within the Cohiba brand; the much-acclaimed Partagas Series P No. 2, the Partagas Series D No.3, the Montecristo Robustos or the celebrated Hoyo de Monterrey Double Epicure, and many others that have featured special presentations for the Duty Free and Travel Retail markets.
