Mexico’s Habanos Academy carried out its first Junior Course, aimed at sales representatives of La Castellana and sommeliers from different companies.


The Junior Course was taught by Bernardo Andrés, marketing manager of IEPT, an Exclusive Distributor in Mexico, who got his Master Course certificate in Havana.


Participants were very interested in the topics they discussed, especially in terms of the making process of Habanos.


These courses are part of the training program organized by IEPT, targeting sales representatives of its main customers and fostering experiences linked to this prestigious product.


The Habanos Academy is a training system promoted by Habanos S.A. in an effort to spread the coherent knowledge of the Habano world, prepare true promoters on this product’s culture around the world and provide more information on Habanos.


The main objective is the specialized education of people whose activity is directly linked to the marketing of Habanos, mainly worldwide Habano Exclusive Distributors.


The Habanos Academy has laid out a three-course system: Junior, Senior and Master. The difference hinges on the level and objectives passed.
